At ValeView we seek to offer the best local ingredients - and we really mean local! Whether that be eggs from our own free range hens (Liz, Anne and Mary) or sausages from Parrott Bros award-winning farm shop, nearly all the fresh food we serve is sourced from within 400m of your breakfast table.

Historical

ValeView is fantastically located for visiting many outstanding historical sites. The world famous National Trust properties of Waddesdon Manor and Stowe Landscape Gardens are within 20-30 minutes drive. Both these estates are renowned for the global reach of their cultural influence - they are also the decorative inspiration for our own guest bedrooms.

Matrimonial

With a number of premium wedding venues located in very close proximity (Creslow Manor, Endeavour Woodland Weddings and the Buckinghamshire Railway Centre), ValeView is the perfect place to base yourself as a wedding guest - close enough to join the party whenever you wish, but far enough away to escape to your own peaceful ‘Room with a View’.

Ecological

ValeView is very fortunate to be set in a landscape rich in wildlife. Soaring Red Kites are a wonderful constant presence; wheeling Buzzards and cautiously foraging Deer are seen almost daily from our guest bedrooms, as are ‘boxing’ Brown Hares in early spring. Green Woodpeckers and Red Legged Partridge are regular colourful visitors to the garden. We also have our own wildflower meadow and pond which hum with the sound of insects during the summer months.

Commercial

Aylesbury Vale is rapidly developing into an area of great commercial significance. ValeView is ideally positioned for those visiting the area on business who require ready access to the Vale (4 miles to Aylesbury) but want a tranquil, rural setting in which to relax and recharge.

Environmental

At ValeView we are passionate about the environment and reducing our impact upon it. This means we seek wherever possible to eliminate our use of plastic and to avoid unnecessary waste in all forms. We also generate nearly 75% of all the electricity we use from the solar panels on our roof.
